Spend Time With God
Spending time with God makes your heart strong.
Sometimes, it is good to become quiet, put distractions away, and think about how wonderful God is. You do not always have to ask Him for something.
You can simply talk to Him, thank Him, praise Him, and tell Him what is in your heart. God already knows everything about you, so you can always be open with Him.
As you spend time thinking about God and His goodness, your heart becomes peaceful and refreshed.
Just like an eagle rises high in the sky above the storm, you will also rise above worry and distractions when your attention is on God.
