Reject the Download
Have you ever received a message on your phone that you did not ask for? You do not have to open it or keep it.
It is the same with thoughts of fear, worry, or defeat. Just because a thought comes into your mind does not mean it came from you or that you have to believe it.
The devil is not everywhere at the same time. He cannot be in your mind all the time. But he may try to send thoughts that make you afraid or doubt God.
So when a wrong thought comes, do not download it! Check it against God’s Word and reject anything that does not agree with what God says.
Fill your mind with God’s Word so you can recognize the wrong thoughts quickly.
