Don’t Give the Devil a Chance
Have you ever left your door open when you were not supposed to? An open door gives someone a chance to come inside.
The Bible tells us not to give the devil a chance to cause trouble in our lives. The devil is a liar, but we do not have to believe his lies. Jesus showed us how to stand against him, and God’s Word teaches us how to recognize his tricks.
Sometimes, a wrong thought may come into your mind and make you afraid or want to disobey God. Stop and remember what God says in His Word.
Stay close to God. Read His Word, pray, and listen to the Holy Spirit. When you know God’s word, you can recognize lies and choose what is right.
