That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.
Philemon 1:6 (KJV)
Your Natural Habitat
Have you ever seen a fish swimming happily in water? Water is its natural habitat. It is where a fish belongs, lives, and grows.
In the same way, God’s Word is your natural habitat.
You were born of God’s Word, so His Word is where you belong. When you read the Bible and listen to God’s word, you are in the right place to grow.
You may not understand everything you read right away, just as you may not understand everything that happens when you eat food. But the food still nourishes you. God’s Word works in you too.
So stick with God’s word’, learn it, and let the Holy Spirit use it to teach and strengthen you.
Read Your Bible.
Joshua 1:8. John 15:4-5. Acts 20:32.
Speak the Word!
“God’s Word is my natural habitat. I belong there, and I grow strong in it.”
